Who Qualifies for Assisted Living

  • Adults age 18 and older (often older adults or seniors)
  • Need help with one or more activities of daily living (ADLs)
  • May have chronic health conditions, mobility challenges, or cognitive changes
  • Must complete an assessment to determine care needs

Services Include

  • Assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
  • Medication management and health monitoring
  • Meal preparation and dining services

  • 24-hour on-site staff for safety and support
